PRE-BID ENGINEERING FOR NEELAM RE-DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The Pre-Bid Engineering for Neelam Re-Development Project (NRP) is carried out for 2 new well head platform, 1 gas compression platform and 1 offshore bridge connecting the new gas compression platform to the existing process platform. 

Scope of Work

SOUTH PARS PHASE 11 PROJECT

FEED and Detail Design of 2 well head platforms, 2 relief platforms, 2 bridge supporting platforms and 2 interconnecting bridges for 72m water depth.

  • FEED Design of  two wellhead platforms, two bridge support platforms , two relief platforms and interconnecting bridges
  • FEED Engineering for SBM and Subsea Pipelines
  • ITT Document Preparation for Third Party Certification
  • Detail Engineering Design of Jackets
  • ITT Document Preparation for Jacket PCI, Topsides, SBM, Subsea pipelines EPCI.

SMR of NASR-4 WELLHEAD JACKET

Strengthening, Modification, and Repair (SMR) of NASR-4 platform, a four-legged wellhead platform located in Persian Gulf at a water depth of 60m. The jacket was constructed and installed in 1976.

Scope of Work

  • Determination of Repair methods to mitigate the fatigue cracks, non fatigue cracks, severely corroded members.
  • Determination of metrology methods for repair scheme designs and provision of supervision of subsea metrology at offshore.
  • Structural Reassessment Analyses of the Jacket Platform.
  • Grouted Clamp Structural Drawings

RE-ASSESSMENT of LQ JACKET

Re-assessment of FY Platform (Iran) for the various new topside loads is carried out. Various analyses are carried out to assess the reserve strength and risk factors in all aspects.
